Search for candidates.
First of all, we publish a detailed description of the vacancy on the
agency's website and other resources. We have an extensive database of candidates from
the countries of the former USSR. We are also looking for applicants on job web sites, platforms
where developers leave their portfolios, social networks, in professional messengers’ group
chats where you can reach developers with certain skills.
Our recruiters are trained in Head Hunting, in which they look not only for active candidates, but
also for specialists who are not currently looking for a job.
Selection of candidates.
Our recruiters conduct sourcing of candidates, selecting relevant ones. With suitable applicants, we conduct an interview on personal and communication skills, thus making the initial screening. If necessary, we check their English level.
Providing resumes of relevant candidates.
Every week we provide 1-5 candidates with a detailed report on soft skills interviews. We support candidates up to the job offer and keep in touch with them, finding out the motivation and comfort level in a new workspace during the probation period.
Closing the vacancy. Payment of remuneration. Guarantees.
A week after the candidate enters the job, the customer pays the RA remuneration in 100% of
the amount specified in the cooperation agreement.
If the new employee does not pass the probation period, the RA undertakes to provide the
customer with a replacement candidate within a week to two months free of charge.
In some cases, payment according to the following scheme is possible: 50% after the candidate
enters the job, 50% after the end of his probationary period. In this case, if the candidate
doesn’t pass the probationary period, the agency does not assume guarantees for the free
search for a new candidate.

With analysis, study and adjustment of the
company's business processes:
1 day — 100 Euros.
Minimum request — five working days.
HR-consulting for TOP-managers of the company:
1.5 hours — 100 Euros.
Analysis of competitors, reviews about the company and monitoring of salaries:
Between 500 and 1000 Euros, depending on the amount of data and positions.
Two weeks is lead time.
